A detailed shot of my Phoenix Mask, close up near the eye. I'm very proud of all the little details in this piece, but this photo seemed to capture a lot of them all in one, which is why I'm posting it.
Sorry for the huge file, but it's so worth it. Plus, I finally own a camera that exposes red decently *happy dance*
Wow, I really like this mask. It's very pretty, if I had made it I think i would have worn it for two days start out of pure joy. ^^ The details are amazing, good job.
Actually, it was just regular spray enamel on the whole thing - the reason it looks especially textured is because of the Foss Shape - it naturally is that kind of weird, almost felt-like texture~

It was one hell of a project, that's for sure, but definitely worth putting the extra time into it Now, here's hoping that the instructor doesn't break it taking it home to look at it

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
