Description
Well, just out of boredom, I made this. I figured I had the blue pleated skirt from my Azumanga summer uniform, so I figured I'd do something with that. Also, this was practice to double-check my new way of doing collars, before I write a tutorial about it!
Chii really only wears this (as far as I know) in some artbook pictures, but it really does work with a lot of costumes, like Usagi's school uniform from Sailor Moon, so that is fun! I wish I had something more useful to say, but unfortunately, I don't right now ^___^
