Bustle Mock-Up

The mock up of my Natural Form Bustle dress! You can see the sketch of what this will *hopefully* turn out to look like here.

The problem with everything in this one was the fact that, while it was originally draped to fit on me, I happened to loose weight this summer, making an incredibly fitted garment fit not-so-well. And it was frustrating!

All the fitting is due to the awesome ~MissMaggie1860, who willingly (or unwillingly, I'm not quite sure) took forever to get those front swags to hang correctly again, which was the biggest problem with the weight loss...

This is out of muslin, so it's not hanging like the taffeta will (if you've ever even felt taffeta, you know what I mean!). The bustle in the back will be longer, to the floor, too, because dammit, I want a train on something like this.
